MARCHES PRECAST CONCRETE

Marches Preast offers a 150mm pre-stressed concrete floor beams that can be used in a variety of applications. Our 150mm x 135mm prestressed concrete beam is one of the larger domestic beams within the market, allowing larger spans on your project. We can also offer concrete block infill, both as part of the beam delivery and as a direct load. We work closely with multiple concrete block manufactures ensuring we can give you the most competitive prices based on your product location.

SOUND INSULATION
(Internal Floors Only) The Building Regulations Approved Document E requires that internal floors in dwellings provide the minimum sound insulation of 40Rw dB. This can easily be met using a Marches Precast block and beam flooring system with 50mm of screed and a plasterboard ceiling. Note – This construction would not be suitable for separating floors.

FIRE CLASSIFICATION
All our products conform to a fire rating of Class A1 to BS EN 13501
